At First Class, turnover work isn’t subcontracted or handed off — it’s executed directly by the owners, Ally & Andy. From painting to flooring to punch list completion, every detail is handled in-house, ensuring quality, speed, and accountability.
Licensed contractors are only brought in for specialized trades like plumbing, electrical, or roofing — everything else is done by the people who care most about your property: us.

Resident returns keys to our office. Clock starts now.

Owner receives report, scope of work, photos, video walkthrough and estimates.

Walkthrough scheduled within 24 hours from key drop.

Vendor quotes requested if needed for plumbing, electrical, roofing or HVAC issues.
Step 3
Photos, video, inspection report. Scopes created.

Owner Approval + Payment Received. Scheduling begins. ETC: 10 days or less.
