Individual homeowners and single-property investors.

Management Fee

8% of rent payments collected.

Leasing Fee

50% of (1) month's rent per new tenant placement.

Leasing Fee Guarantee

If someone we place in the home is evicted within the first 12 months of the lease, we will waive our leasing fee for the next renter.

Renewal Fee

$100 per lease renewal

Portfolio Size: 2-50 properties

Best For

Small portfolios and growing investor groups.

Management Fee

7% of rent payments collected.

Leasing Fee

25% of (1) month's rent per new tenant placement.

Leasing Fee Guarantee

If someone we place in the home is evicted within the first 12 months of the lease, we will waive our leasing fee for the next renter.

Renewal Fee

$75 per lease renewal
