Important Reminders.

1. Rent is due on the 1st, late fee of 5% applied on the 6th. 

2. Eviction is filed on the 16th unless you approve a payment plan.

3. If a payment plan is approved, a promise to pay must be signed in our office with a notary by the resident and us as your representative.

4. If the resident does not pay, you do not get paid and neither do we.

5. We will complete 2 inspections per lease term. This is to ensure the property upkeep (functionality of HVAC, roof, appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is operating as it should.

6. We represent you in every transaction; however, we will always show fairness, honesty and diligence to the resident.
