$5.50/unit - 150+ homes. Minimum $575/mo.

One Time Pass-Through Fees

Onboarding/Transition. $10/home. Minimum $500, cap $2,000.​

Resale/Closing (Seller). $375

Transfer/New Owner (Buyer). $250

Violation Mailings. $12/letter (certified postage at cost)

ARC/Admin Review. $25/request admin (board/architect fee at cost)

Collections. Attorney/Filing at cost, **FCPM admin $0**

Extra/Extended Meetings. $150/hour beyond included hourly

Additional Site Inspections. $120/visit beyond included plan

After-Hours Triage. $75/call (dispatch at cost)

Mass Mail/Printing.  Actuals + $0.25/household admin cap
