Rent Protection
We sign every owner up to receive rent protection which covers 12 weeks of missed rent, damages for pets, etc. Basically it's a cushion in case the resident ever defaults and you need to be carried through the eviction process.
Quick Termination Process
If the home is occupied, we require you to provide 30 day notice so I can close out your account and prepare the deposit for transfer. If the home is vacant, we can close out same day.
