Property Management Onboarding
Our onboarding process is designed to evaluate operational fit, market positioning, transition requirements, and long-term management strategy before management services begin.
The Road Map
Our onboarding process is structured to provide operational clarity, transparent communication, and a smooth transition into management. Each stage is designed to evaluate property readiness, market positioning, management goals, and long-term operational strategy prior to service activation.
Property Intake & Operational Review
Complete the onboarding questionnaire so our team can review occupancy status, property details, leasing history, HOA requirements, maintenance considerations, and operational needs.
Management Agreement & Documentation
If management is a mutual fit, onboarding documentation and the Property Management Agreement will be securely delivered through Dropbox Sign for electronic review and execution.
Vacant Property Launch
For vacant properties, our team begins market preparation, pricing analysis, photography coordination, leasing strategy implementation, and property launch preparation to position the property competitively for the rental market.
• Market Positioning Review
• Leasing Strategy Preparation
• Photography Coordination
• Listing Activation
• Showing & Lead Management
Discovery Call & Management Consultation
Meet with the Owners to discuss management expectations, communication preferences, pricing strategy, operational priorities, and long-term investment goals.
Property Transition & Launch Planning
Once onboarding is complete, our team coordinates operational transition based on the occupancy status and launch requirements of the property.
Market Analysis & Pricing Review
Allie will review comparable market data, rental positioning, leasing strategy, pricing recommendations, and operational fit before management services begin.
Occupied Property Transition
For occupied properties, our team coordinates resident onboarding, lease and ledger review, security deposit verification, utility and vendor transfer review, resident communication, and operational migration into our management systems.
• Lease & Ledger Review
• Resident Portal Transition
• Security Deposit Verification
• Resident Introduction & Communication
• Utility & Vendor Coordination
Before You Begin
Submitting onboarding information does not create a management relationship and is not a Property Management Agreement.

The onboarding process is intended to help Allie & Andy evaluate operational fit, property readiness, market positioning, and management requirements prior to the commencement of services, all while you follow along step by step in a centralized location.

Management services begin only after the execution of a signed Property Management Agreement.
