Help With Food Costs

North Carolina’s Food and Nutrition Services program, also known as SNAP, helps eligible households purchase groceries through an EBT card.

Report repairs early
Submit routine maintenance requests through your resident portal. Describe the issue, where it is happening, and when it started. Include photos when helpful, along with access information and any pets our team should know about.

Keep up with everyday care
Follow the care instructions for your home’s appliances, fixtures, and HVAC filters. Keep vents unobstructed and report leaks, unusual odors, or equipment problems promptly. Contact us if you are unsure whether something needs professional attention.

Plan for your renewal
Review your lease expiration date and notice requirements before deciding whether to renew or move. Contact First Class with questions about available renewal terms, and complete any renewal documents by the deadline provided.

Prepare for move-out
Follow your lease’s notice requirements and request move-out instructions early. Plan for cleaning, removal of belongings and trash, and the return of keys and access devices. Provide your forwarding address and coordinate utility timing with First Class.
